Everybody in today’s world is running race. To meet up expectations in this running world everybody has so many tasks to do. So it gets difficult to manage your time and to remind everything. The following time management tools would help you to some extend about it so that you don’t forget anything. These tools would help you making to-do lists, setting reminders etc. Have a look at these-

RSS Reader (From Google)

An RSS reader is an excellent way to save tons of time that you’d normally spend visiting different websites, blogs or news sites. There’s tons of RSS readers out there including things you can install on your computer…but being able to access your RSS reader from anywhere is definitely a big plus.
Basically the RSS reader will get the latest updates from all your favourite websites and queue it up for you to read when you login. That’s all you need to know. All the techy bits are handled by google reader!

Calendar

Google Calendar. A calendar is one of the cornerstones of any time, management program, of course, but it’s best to have one that’s simple and easy to use. You don’t want to have to wait to enter an appointment or to see what you have on tap. I’m a fan of GCal, with its multiple calendars (one for freelance work, one for work, one for personal, one for family?), its email reminders, and quick add extensions, but 30 Boxes is another favourite and is a great alternative. I suggest you only use your calendar for things that have to be done on a certain date or time — not for your daily to-do list.

To-do list

Vitalist or Todoist. There are dozens of to-do list managers online, and I’m not going to do a comprehensive comparison. But Vitalist is one of my favourites, because it is so intuitive and easy to use. Todoist is a great choice if you prefer things in a hierarchical, outline-type format.

NowDoThis

Just above I talked about making your to-do list doable and keeping certain important tasks first in the list? NowDoThis, which is a super-simple to-do list app will help you do just the same. And yes, it’s the quickest too.

Evernote

Evernote is probably the best note-taking app. So how does it help in time management? Well, first it works online, on Windows & Mac and on your cellphone too. It lets you quickly capture things like web clips, images, and audio and share them. Also your notes are always synchronized across multiple devices. Hence it saves you more time than any other such app.

Great resources Jane, with these list of time management tools these will surely help a lot to manage time. I believe that the key in order to manage time effectively is with discipline. This will help you ignore work distractions and get more things done. At work I also manage time, which keeps me productive and I do it with the help of a tool called Time Doctor. Using this tool I list my entire tasks for the day and organize it depends on priority level. Then, set an estimated amount of time when working on each task. This helps me stay focus and limit wasted time. With discipline and the right tools I am more productive this way.
