You have got a week. You have got a great chance!
If you are serious about building a better blog, the first thing I will recommend you is Darren’s 31 Days to build a better blog ebook, which is a must read for every blogger. Problogger blog is a blog which you must regularly read too, by the way.
Not just with newbies, even now I often refer to the book and find something interesting and useful to implement. OK so I really have to say something about this book, otherwise you might have no idea of what I am talking about! If you already know about the book (which I presume you would) then there is no harm in reading about the book again
How to use the book
The book has 31 tasks each of which can be done on one day. So you assign 1 task for a day, that is 31 days and you get a better blog, that is a promise! The beauty of the book is that it is not simply a how-to book that gives you 31 tasks and directs you to do it! There is something more than that I love about it
The book also tells you WHY you should do the task and why should you be bothered, really. That is the part I like mostly about the book, not all books tell you this.
You need not do the tasks in 31 days. I know if you are not a full time blogger, and are not on a daily blogging schedule, I know that can be tough. So you can choose to take up 1 task a week - slowly grasp, implement, see results and then move on to the next task.
OR if you are on a daily schedule, the book doesn’t have to end the relationship with you in 31 days. You can stick to this routine and make it a cycle month over month. That is how I exactly did it for the first three months, until about 80% of the tasks became a regular practice for me.
What is in it for you?
With Darren’s expertise since 2002 and the amount of successful blogs he handles, and the books he had written and writes, I wouldn’t doubt on the quality and usability of the content. And you have my word too; yes I am NOT writing this without reading the book and implementing the stuff myself!
So this book is for you if
1. you have a blog for a while but want to push it up the level
2. you have just started a blog and are in a learning mood
3. you have been blogging for a while for whatever reason, but you need little motivation pushes then and there
4. you are blogging, period!
Ya I would strongly insist on #4, that if you are blogging at all, this book is a must read and I have got nothing more to say on that! And, the book isn’t for you if you are planning to launch a blog (preblogger stage) in which case the Problogger Book should be helpful to you.
Wait there is something more actually. You can indeed save some money if you take action on buying this book really now.
1. The book which has been around for a long while is selling on the price $19.95 (not even $20) and each task comes under 65 cents!
2. The book has already helped tens and thousands of bloggers.
3. The price of the book is set to increase to $29.99 which is $10 more than the current price. The price will rise on Tuesday, 10th May 2011 (Aussie time).
I am sure that you don’t need to think once again. If you don’t have the book already just buy it now to save $10 on an awesome product which is from a walk-the-walk and talk-the-talk problogger Darren Rowse. Click here to buy the book now!

I don’t understand your comment, Usman. The credit is given to Darren only?!

Hey Usman,
But I have given credit to Darren only
“With Darren’s expertise since 2002 and the amount of successful blogs he handles, and the books he had written and writes, I wouldn’t doubt on the quality and usability of the content. ”
“…an awesome product which is from a walk-the-walk and talk-the-talk problogger Darren Rowse.”
Jane.
Yes and I was just adding more fuel, nothing else.

Jane,
I completely agree with you. Every blogger needs to read Darren’s book. I have gone through Darren’s 31 tasks at least once a year for the last 2 years.

Paijo,
You will love it!

There is SO much information online today. One cannot even keep up. But one cannot stay ignorant either. I like how you broke each task up to say it costs 65c. Very clever and convincing pitch. I liked his blog but stopped going there when my comments weren’t going through.
Comments is one of the points right?

Hi Ivin,
Yes comments are important! My comments are still moderated @ Problogger and I am a loyal reader for about 1 year. I think they are stricter to set up a defense perimeter; the blog is popular so there could be more spammers!
Cheers,
Jane.

Hi Jane

Our good friend Brankica recently recommended the same book so I begin to believe that this book must be pretty good

Hey Thomas,
That’s right. I am sure many bloggers who are emerging so successfully would have started with this book

Back to September 2006, I was a a real blogging fool. From there, i had reached the peak to know more about the real standard of writing posts and how to maintain that blog. Still when you click my domain name you can see it is still not developed. I am learning more and more before starting new blog. I am keeping my mind relaxed to get new thoughts to write a new post.
Anyone have reading this e-book ? Does it worth to buy ?

Well…good to know, i will have to check out this book.
Thanks!
The book is very good. Thank you for sharing.
I’m not really a book person, but i might give this a try if you praise it so much. $19.95 is not a fortune to pay for this if it can do what it says.

Just making the blog is not enough but the blog needs to be good enough so that it can give something to user. Hence this book can be very useful for them who want to be a good blogger.
