This post is part of a series, Friday Roundup, featuring the best posts I read, enjoyed and found useful; in no particular order-

General Blogging and SEO

  • Branding your blog or website helps in improving your SEO - a great reason to start branding your blog/website now.
  • One of the easiest ways to build links is to make other people do it; that is called link baiting. Here are some worthy link baiting techniques.
  • You don’t want your blog reader to run away, do you? Find out how to keep them and not alienate them.
  • Take bite sized bites and you should be able to accomplish anything and everything in an awesome manner.
  • If you want your blog to be awesome, you need two ingredients. They are not secret - content and metaphor.

Social Media

  • Are you blindly clicking “accept” on friend requests? Or do you accept anyone as your friend just because you want to show off a social proof? This one is for you.
  • Having a Facebook account and a Fan page is not enough. You need to use the right tactics to market your business or blog.
  • Paper.li allows you to publish automatically. But automatic stuff doesn’t have to be crap. You have many cool options to play with to produce a quality paper.
  • The beauty of Facebook is getting integrated anywhere. Now it integrates Paypal into it; really cool.
  • Social media are not just for promotion and making connections. You can get high quality backlinks from social media sites where the crowd gathers.

Personal Development and Relationship

  • Working at home can be a bit challenging when it comes to organization and discipline. You need to find ways to boost your productivity.
  • Who said that friends can only motivate you to the best? Even better are enemies!
  • Do you pay attention to anything and everything around you and try to react? Well, you shouldn’t give a damn, really.
  • Are your expectations are not fulfilled? Try out giving to others without expecting from them.
  • Being personally impersonal and impersonally personal online… umm you’ll find out.

Make money and marketing

  • Email marketing always needs ethics. Not just in terms of value but also with how you give people the option to unsubscribe! There are much more things actually.
  • What is the point of having all the traffic? Even if it came out to be free? Convert the traffic and make them your paying customers.
  • Go on an ad hunting and find business opportunities. Ya that’s possible.
  • There is one key thing that is most needed if you want to make money with your writing.
  • If you are a freelance writer wanting to make money out of your writing, you can use Facebook to the fullest to make gigs come after you.

How to get featured here?

90% of the articles listed here are from people whom I interact the most and from those people who are actively engaging with my blog. Here are some ways to get featured here:

Comment here regularly - This blog is commentluv and keywordluv enabled, do-follow blog. I feature the top commenters, and also do a bi-weekly lucky draw of active commenters who win a free 125×125 ad space on the sidebar.

Tweet posts from Find All Answers regularly (with @ mentioning either janesheeba or FindAllAnswers so that I know you). Connect with me on Twitter - @janesheeba or @findallanswers

Like my Facebook fan page and be my friend on Facebook.

The more you interact with me the more I will return :)

But I will not link to crappy content, just because you are friends with me. Quality always comes first, coz my readers deserve only that.

I am so sorry about the infinite loop Ditesco, and I am so glad that you were trying so hard to get through this page :) If you didn’t tell me I wouldn’t have noticed. And, this post has missed many comments already, sadly.

Glad that you found some new things to learn.

Jane, aloha. What a wonderful surprise to find my post included in your weekly wrap up. Thank you so much.

Jane, I came over because I always enjoy the resources you give us in this wrap up. it seems that each time I read it, I come across another blogger with some great tips.

Absolutely loved the post by Ileane on paper.li Though I have been using it for a while, I must admit that I have not taken the time to customize it. With this piece by Ileane and the one by Brankica, I am going dramatically improve the quality of The Callaway Chronicle.

As always, Jane, thx so much for so generously sharing with us. All the best to you. Aloha. Janet
