S.Pradeep Kumar is the CEO and Founder of HellBound Bloggers (HBB), one of the Top Blogging and Blogging blogs out there. He writes about Social Media, Blogging, Software, Reviews, and Tutorials.

Jane: Would you like to introduce yourself?

Pradeep Kumar: Thanks Jane for this interview. I have been a blogger for almost 5 years. Good at handling Technology and Blogging related content, thus the beginning of HellBound Bloggers (HBB). My name is S.Pradeep Kumar, Owner and Editor of HBB. Am also a freelancer, consultant, and content writer.

J: Can you tell something about your personal life? (If you do not prefer to answer, just ignore and delete this question).

PK: It’s all about a typical Engineering student having some arrears to clear. :D Waiting for something to happen, but it all depends on how certain things work.

J: What websites/blogs do you own?

PK: I don’t own any other blog except HBB, but I have several domain names which are still sleeping.. :D

J: How did you choose to do blogging? How long have you been blogging? Do you blog full time?

PK: I started Blogging when I was not even aware about the fact we can earn from it. Did blogging for getting unique attention amongst others and now doing it for my readers and for the fact I’m earning from it.

J: Why did you decide to choose “Hellboundbloggers” as your domain name?

PK: Not a big reason and no history behind it Jane, just loved the name, so I didn’t care about SEO and others advice. I just moved on.

J: What is your speciality and what made you choose this niche?

PK: I’m good at what I’m doing. I meant ‘Blogging’. ;) Since I loved Technology stuffs I started to blog about it, and also I was impressed by blogging tips, so combined both.

J: Why did you decide to accept guest posts at Hellboundbloggers?

PK: This happened after I started to guest blog on other sites. I found it logically stunning since it benefits both the blog owner and the guest author dearly, so I thought of applying this on my blog too. Guest Authors really helped me a lot during my exams, love them a lot. Thumbs up!

J: What is the easiest thing about accepting guest posts?

PK: If everything is perfect, then it will only take few seconds to publish the post. Encountered many such posts & am happy to have them. If you ask me one, I’ll tell this “You Blog. Should Your Guest Blog?“.

J: What is the hardest thing about accepting guest posts?

PK: I’ll do a simple Google search to check whether this article is published elsewhere. After this thing passes, I need to check whether the article is proper and do some basic modifications, usually changing images and link old posts, so on.

J: How important is guest posting for bloggers?

PK: Guest Blogging does what Google doesn’t. I request all to guest blog, you can see how your articles click on different blogs. Lovely experience.

J: As a blogger, how do you manage your time? How do you plan your blog articles?

PK: Normally I used to write down the key points of my articles in a paper and type it when I find free time. I avoided several useful stuffs and saved some time, and dedicated that to blogging. :)

J: Do you promote your blog/website? What methods do you use for the same?

PK: I use Social Media and SEO my posts, but apart from that I use Guest Blogging & commenting to promote my stuffs.

J: What is your major source of traffic?

PK: Google and Facebook.

J: Have you written an ebook or launched a product?

PK: Ebook still in the pipeline. I decided to complete it after my exams. Am not sure about launching any products in the future, but will launch some new ventures related to Blogging & Social Media.

J: Do you think that every blogger should write an ebook?

PK: I guess it will be quite helpful. Nothing wrong in trying though. :)

J: What would you like to tell your fellow bloggers?

PK: I used to say this in every interview, never loose the confidence and passion for Blogging that you posses.
