
We all go through those rough patches. Sometimes they last just for the day, and other times you feel like you have been stuck in a rut forever. I understand the feeling and have dealt with the “what am I supposed to do” mentality.
People used to tell me that this mentality was half of the battle, but the truth is that changing your feelings about a situation can be very difficult (more difficult for some than others).
