Blokube for bloggers

If you are a serious blogger, there are two things you should concentrate on:

1. creating high quality useful content and

2. promoting your content. Now the second bit is based on one secret ingredient - social networking.

You cannot be a one man army and promote your blog’s content successfully. You need people for content marketing. And, people won’t be willing to share your stuff, just because they know you. You have to build genuine relationships. That is why all of us rely a lot on on social plugins for wordpress.

Promoting your blog to ensure regular readership is very important for the success of your blog. Blogging can be fun but if you can’t share your blogged ideas and information, the whole effort becomes pointless. Also, converting visitors to devoted readers is strenuous ball game.

You can succeed in this game, and for that you would need to play by some slick rules. I found three life savers:

Blokube

Blog Engage and

Blog Interact

In this post I will concentrate on Blokube. I have already written about Blog Interact and the benefits of using it.

Blokube is one such place for bloggers, that can help you promote your blog to unprecedented levels. Here is a brief look at all of Blokube’s cool features and how they can help you in your purpose.

Highly Targeted Traffic:

The whole idea of featuring your blog in a social networking site is to garner web traffic and then to convert the traffic to readership. With Blokube you get highly targeted traffic, which means, visitors who have more reasons to visit your page, than just mindless surfing.

Most of Blokube’s members are bloggers just like you and me. This gives you an edge over the other promotional social networking sites results.

Chat, Buzz and Private Messages:

Interacting with the fellow members will help you ensure readership much faster; because that’s how you get more votes and make it on page 1 ultimately. With Blokube, this is not just a possibility but in fact it is easy and entertaining too.

You are spoilt for choices on how best to connect with your Blokube contacts :) . You can message them, chat with them, send files or buzz them up to get their attention and suggestions.

Futuristic Design- Easy to Navigate:

The website can boast of style and attitude without the added weight of complexity. Blokube is refreshingly simple to use and understand. In short, you will not be so lost as to require the help of strict techies to achieve your purpose in the site. It is set in a clean and sleek design.

One of the features I like the most is the automatic image detection upon submitting a post; really a life saver!

Impressive Content and Community Sharing:

Blokube is specifically known for its very high quality content that is submitted and shared by the Blokube community. This means that you can always submit interesting content to improve your back link chances and you can share information with the community members to enhance your blog.

Comment and Vote:

Submitting a post to Blokube creates a link back to the original blog post and there is an option for members to vote and comment on the various posts. This makes Blokube the ideal platform for the members to fraternize and support each other and prosper each other’s blogs.

The more votes you get, the more easily you get to first page and hence more traffic.

Takeaway

It is evident that Blokube is one of the most progressive social networking sites in the internet marketing scene. If you have a blog and you are looking to build your readership, you have to check this site out.

Blokube’s effective tools and strategies, can get your blog more regulated (consistent) traffic. It is surprisingly easy to convert a visitor, who is genuinely interested in your content, to a regular reader of your blog.

I look forward to meet you there at Blokube. Don’t forget to friend me when you get there! But, hey wait, just let me know your thoughts in the comments before you head over to Blokube.

Hi Jane,

You did a great job of covering the benefits of participating on Blokube really well here.

One of the pluses for me is the fact that just about everybody involved is a blogger which means one feels right at home and there are so many people you can get advice from when you need it.

I must admit to just finding Blokube and signing up, without having the time to really understand all the benefits. But now you post comes along and solves the problem!

Thanks for a concise review of the benefits of Blokube. I can’t wait to start using it more extensively. I know that promoting your content in the smaller niche sites is highly effective, so I’m looking forward to testing it out!

Thanks again,

Bob,

I started like that too. Even now, I have some features like group chat that I have not had my hands on.

Hi Jane! You make a very good case for Blokube. I am wondering, though, if most of the people who submit posts write about business-related topics?

I know I saw something about a blogging contest recently and I was interested until I read further and noticed that the call was for blog posts related to business. Is Blokube like that, too?

Hi Jeanine,

It is indeed a majority on business and blogging related blogs. But there are other categories too. As you know mine is a multi-niche blog and I do well there at Blokube. Indeed my self improvement articles get more votes and make it to page 1 more easily than my blogging articles :)

Hi Jane,

Great review. Blokube is definitely a great site for bloggers to connect. I’ve played with the chat feature and it’s lots of fun to use. Networking has been the #1 best tips for helping me to build my blog and generate traffic. Blokube is a healthy part of that! :)

Interesting approach, but a little over reaching, I would say. Blokube is a site about blogging. Most serious bloggers cannot sue it. My credit card blog posts are not appropriate there. Nor would be political posts. Or home renovations posts. Or cooking. Or gardening. Or automotive. Or most things.

Jane Sheeba

Hey Drew,

Blokube is certainly not the entire world, neither it is too narrow. There are quite good number of categories other than business/marketing. You will find out if you get there.

Jane,

Nice job laying out the benefits of using Blokube.

I used Blokube when I was actively posting to my Social Networking blog but slowed down when I had the WLC Network idea.

It is sites like these that give our content the 2nd wind it needs to get to the top.

I love how Blokube does allow you to get to the original content of the author, a huge plus.

If it wasn’t for social networking resources like these I personally wouldn’t be rising as fast as I’ve been. An example was a post I wrote and targeted a keyword that gets 33 million hits a month. It has been less than a month since I wrote the post and I am on page 8 on Google and rising.

Good stuff!

Thanks for sharing the value Jane!

Talk soon,
Tommy D.
